Job Responsibilities:
1、Manage daily operations of the Procurement Department and coordinate working relationships with suppliers and subcontract manufacturers.
2、Monitor production progress and material inventory status in real time; optimize inventory utilization to minimize overstock.
3、Ensure timely delivery of assigned materials in the required quantity and schedule according to production plan demands.
4、Implement material preparation management based on material characteristics and order trends; proactively mitigate delivery risks.
5、Conduct cost management for assigned material categories.
6、Oversee material order placement, supplementary orders, returns, account establishment, and invoice documentation.
7、Perform routine and long-term supplier management; verify suppliers' in-transit order status, material readiness, risk control measures, and preventive actions.

Qualifications:
1、Associate degree or higher, OR a minimum of three years' procurement experience in the machinery industry.
2、Strong communication and coordination skills.
3、Experience in procuring non-standard machined parts and sheet metal components is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1、Perform product quality inspection duties to ensure and enhance product quality standards.
2、Familiarize with quality requirements for all equipment models; conduct incoming inspection of machined parts in accordance with mechanical drawings.
3、Assist relevant departments in formulating product quality standards.
4、Perform routine maintenance on measuring instruments.
5、Complete and submit relevant work reports.

Qualifications:
1、Technical secondary school diploma or higher.
2、Ability to interpret mechanical drawings; proficient and skilled in the use of measuring instruments.
3、Proficient in operating computer office software; familiarity with ISO systems is preferred.
4、Minimum of two years' experience in machined part inspection; adaptable to role adjustments (inspection and assembly).
5、Detail-oriented, rigorous, hardworking, and responsible.
6、Prior experience in machining and assembly is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1、Perform equipment application commissioning, including remote or on-site troubleshooting to resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding equipment operation.
2、Communicate with customers and monitor equipment operating status; promptly receive and understand customer feedback, provide after-sales technical support, and submit periodic reports.
3、Conduct technical training sessions for customers.
4、Develop and maintain strong customer relationships; participate in and execute customer service plans.

Qualifications:

2、Strong customer communication skills with a pronounced sense of service in customer relationship management.

5、Prior experience in assembly and commissioning of lithium battery equipment is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1、Analyze electrical control systems for the company's non-standard automation equipment and perform PLC programming.
2、Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical control products for non-standard automation equipment; provide technical support.
3、Collaborate with mechanical engineers to complete equipment design and R&D.
4、Prepare technical documentation, related R&D plans, and reports.

Qualifications:
1、Associate degree or higher in Electrical Automation or related field; minimum of three years' experience in electrical control for automation equipment.
2、Minimum of three years' experience in electrical design, fabrication, commissioning, and installation of non-standard automation equipment.
3、Familiarity with VFDs, AC and DC servo control systems.
4、Proficient in PLC and HMI programming; capable of independently completing program development and installation for SIEMENS, OMRON, Mitsubishi, Delta, and other PLC/VFD systems.
5、Familiar with common electronic components, low-voltage electrical apparatus, instrumentation, and sensors; capable of independent analysis and component selection.
6、Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and diligent work ethic.
7、Prior experience with slitting automation equipment is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1、Develop conceptual design proposals based on customer requirements and prepare proposal documentation.
2、Execute detailed 3D design for implementation within the designated project timeline; revise designs based on technical review outcomes. Finalize BOM (Bill of Materials) and generate 2D drawings.
3、Perform follow-up tracking, maintenance, and modification of assigned projects or design units.
4、Provide theoretical calculations and analysis for design units.

Qualifications:
1、Degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation or related field.
2、Bachelor's degree or higher.
3、Proficient in using 3D and 2D design software (Pro/E, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and drafting.
4、Knowledge of machining processes; thorough understanding of mechanical drawing standards and tolerance/fit practices.
5、Proficient in designing mechanical systems incorporating servo drives (motors) and pneumatics; innovative and open-minded approach to design.
6、Minimum of three years' experience in non-standard equipment design; candidates with experience on three or more independent project designs are preferred. Experience in designing slitting equipment for the lithium battery industry is a plus.
7、Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork and communication skills, strong innovative capability, and willingness to accommodate overtime work.
